Condiciones generales de alquiler (alquileres de vacaciones)

I. I. Introduction (EN)

This document contains the general conditions applicable to property rental services purchased from HADRENTALS for accommodation in both properties which are exclusively managed by the company and in others where it merely provides support services to the owners/managers offering their properties as holiday accommodation. For more details and specific information, please refer to the particular conditions of the property booked and your booking confirmation/contract.

 

The following general property booking conditions are an inseparable part of the agreement between the occupant (herein 'you', the 'customer', the 'occupant') and HADRENTALS SPAIN, legally registered with the Valencian Tourist Board. Tel: +34 602 088 466; Email: info@hadrentalsspain.com, (herein 'HADRENTALS', we or us). Therefore, by signing this agreement you are agreeing to these conditions in their entirety, regardless of the media you use to make your booking: the HADRENTALS telephone booking centre, the HADRENTALS website (www.hadrentalsspain.com), or third party booking centres or websites of other agencies or tour operators with which HADRENTALS has agreements.

 

Additionally, by booking one of our properties, you accept its special conditions, which are specified in the booking confirmation/contract sent to you.

I. Introducción (ES)

El presente documento establece las condiciones generales que rigen la prestación de servicios hoteleros que HADRENTALS presta a sus huéspedes en las viviendas gestionadas de forma exclusiva e integral, así como de las viviendas donde solo presta servicios de apoyo al propietario/gestor para la gestión vacacional de su vivienda. Para mayor detalle u obtener informaciones específicas, se recomienda ver las condiciones particulares de la vivienda y de su confirmación de reserva/contrato.

Las condiciones generales de reserva de villas, que se detallan a continuación, forman parte integrante del contrato entre el huésped, en lo sucesivo huésped, usted, su o suyos y HADRENTALS SPAIN, legalmente registrada en el Patronato de Turismo de Valencia. Tel: +34 602 088 466; Email: info@hadrentalsspain.com, en lo sucesivo HADRENTALS, nuestro o nosotros, por lo que la firma del contrato implica la aceptación de todas y cada una de las presentes condiciones independientemente del canal de contratación por el que se haya realizado la reserva: central telefónica de reservas HADRENTALS, web de HADRENTALS (www.hadrentalsspain.com), o bien a través de centrales de reservas o webs externas de otras Agencias o tour-operadores con los que HADRENTALS tiene acuerdos de colaboración.

Adicionalmente, la contratación de una de nuestras viviendas, implica la aceptación de sus condiciones particulares, que se especifican en la confirmación de reserva/contrato enviado al huésped.

II. Prices

The published rates for our portfolio of rental villas, houses and apartments will always be expressed as daily and weekly rates as applicable to the individual properties appearing on our website.

The rates published for daily or weekly rental vary according to the week chosen. These rates are clearly specified in the details of each villa on our website, www.hadrentalsspain.com. The rates, the minimum stay and the arrival days may vary depending on the season, so we recommend searching by dates on our website. The rates of stays contracted per day/week include the energy costs, but exclude the supplement required for the use of Jacuzzis or heated swimming pools unless agreed otherwise.

The rates published for long stays, applicable to bookings of at least two months (60 days) within the period from November to April, are always per month, with arrival and departure on any day of the week. In the case of long stays, energy costs are not included in the rental rate and must be paid separately by the occupant on the basis of the actual consumption, as indicated by the meters.

For all bookings, the rates include use of the fully-equipped accommodation, taxes that apply to the accommodation (VAT, local taxes, community and tourism levies, if any) as well as management and maintenance costs. The rates do not include final cleaning costs which are mandatory (the exact amount will be mentioned in the details of the property booked on the HADRENTALS website) nor cancellation insurance, which is optional but highly recommended. 

Potential extra costs arising from the request of additional items not included in the villa, such as extra beds, fans, cots and high chairs, in addition to surcharges due to the accommodation of pets in the property, weekly bed linen changes, etc., are not included in the rental rate, unless specifically indicated in the details of the property booked on the HADRENTALS website. If you book any of the aforementioned extras, this information will be specified in the booking confirmation/contract, which will include details of their characteristics, the number of units booked and the price per unit, as well as the total price of all extras booked.

II. Precios

Los precios para alquiler de nuestro catálogo de villas, casas y apartamentos vendrán siempre especificados en términos diarios y semanales y según las tarifas indicadas para cada vivienda en nuestra web.


Los precios publicados para alquiler diario o semanal son variables en función de la semana elegida. Dichos precios están especificados de forma clara en la ficha de cada vivienda en nuestra web, www.hadrentalsspain.com. Tanto los precios, como la estancia mínima y los días de entrada pueden variar según la temporada, por lo que recomendamos realizar búsquedas por fechas en nuestra web. Los precios de estancias contratadas por día/semana incluyen el coste energético, excluyendo el suplemento requerido para el uso de jacuzzis o la climatización de piscinas.


Los precios publicados para largas estancias, aplicables para reservas de al menos dos meses (60 días) dentro del período de noviembre a abril, son siempre mensuales y con entrada y salida cualquier día de la semana. En el caso de largas estancias, los gastos de energía no están incluidos en el precio y deben ser pagados por separado por el huésped en función del consumo real realizado, según los contadores oficiales. 
 
En cualquier tipo de reserva, los precios incluyen la puesta a disposición del alojamiento enteramente equipado, el conjunto de cargas fiscales inherentes a la casa (el IVA, impuestos locales, de comunidad o turísticos en su caso), y los gastos de gestión y mantenimiento. Los precios no incluyen los gastos de limpieza final que son obligatorios (su importe estará especificado en la ficha descriptiva de la vivienda contratada en la web de HADRENTALS) tampoco incluyen el seguro de anulación, facultativo pero vivamente recomendado.


Los potenciales gastos extra por petición de elementos adicionales no incluidos en la villa, tales como camas supletorias, ventiladores, cunas, tronas, así como recargos por alojamiento de mascotas en las villas, cambio de sábanas semanal, etc, no están incluidos en el precio, salvo que se indique especificamente en la ficha descriptiva de la vivienda contratada en la web de HADRENTALS. La contratación de cualquiera de los extras anteriormente mencionados vendrá necesariamente indicada en el contrato de la reserva, en el que se especificará sus características, unidades contratadas así como el precio por unidad y el precio total de los extras contratados.

III. Booking and payment conditions

1. Purpose: The booking and the contract are solely for tourism purposes, not for the purposes of business, the staging of events, advertising activities or activities of any other kind. We therefore decline all liability to companies or individuals for damages deriving from loss of earnings or any activity other than tourism.

 

2. Booking methods: Bookings can be made by telephone, email or through the website www.hadrentalsspain.com. This notwithstanding, bookings only become binding when HADRENTALS receives the initial payment on account from the occupant.

 

3. Payment method: Payment can be made by bank transfer or bank card (credit or debit, with the exception of American Express). Bank cheques, traveller's cheques and cash are not accepted. The occupant authorises HADRENTALS to charge payments on his bank card according to the instalments specified in the booking confirmation/contract without necessity of previous notice.

 

4. Payment by instalment: We offer you several options for paying by instalments:

 4.1. 30%-70% instalments: An initial 30% payment on booking and the remaining 70% 60 days before the start of the stay. 

 4.2. 100% payment: Pay 100% of the rental amount on booking. 

In case you book less than 60 days before arrival only option (4.2. payment: Pay 100% of the rental amount on booking) is available.

 

The payment conditions are described in the booking confirmation/contract. Under no circumstances will you be handed the keys to the property until the full amount for the booking has been paid.

 

5. Booking cancellation on the grounds of breach of the payment conditions: Once more than 7 working days have passed after a deadline for payment, the booking will automatically be cancelled. HADRENTALS undertakes to send the occupant non-payment reminders and notification of imminent cancellation by email, to prevent non-payment as a result of forgetfulness. You also authorise HADRENTALS to charge your bank card for rental payments at the time specified in your booking confirmation/contract.

 

6. Extending your stay: If you wish to extend your stay in the property you have booked, arriving before or leaving after the date you initially indicated, you may put this request to HADRENTALS' bookings department, provided that the property booked is available for the dates required. You will be charged for the extra nights at the pre-established rate for the period in question.

 

7. Cutting short your stay: If you decide to cut short your stay for any reason, you will not be entitled to any type of reimbursement, because your stay is booked as a unit and is subject to the number of nights stated in the booking confirmation/contract

 

8. Request by occupant to change property: A change of property for a confirmed booking is not permitted.

 

9. Request by occupant to change dates: If you wish to stay the same number of nights in the villa that you booked, but you wish to bring forward or put back the dates you initially chose, the following conditions must be complied with.

a. If you wish to bring forward the dates of your stay and the property is available, the change can be processed if HADRENTALS agrees to it and you respect the restrictions of the property in question. If this leads to an increase in the amount payable for the booking, you will be obliged to pay this before the start of your stay. Under no circumstances will there be a reduction in the amount payable for the initial booking, nor will any part of the amount paid be refunded. 

b. If you wish to put back the dates of your stay and the property is available, the change will be processed if HADRENTALS agrees to it, provided that your request is received at least 3 months before the initial date of arrival. If this leads to an increase in the amount payable for the booking, you will be obliged to pay this before the start of your stay. Under no circumstances will there be a reduction in the amount payable for the initial booking, nor will any part of the amount paid be refunded. 

 

10. No-shows: Forty-eight (48) hours after the start of the stay, if you do not come to our offices or you do not show up on the date on which you have informed us you will arrive, the booking will be deemed cancelled and you will not be entitled to a discount or to a refund on the total booking price. 

II. Condiciones de contratación y de pago

1. Objeto del contrato: La reserva y contrato se hace exclusivamente para fines turísticos, no para fines empresariales, de celebración de eventos, de realización de actividades publicitarias o de otro tipo. Por ello, se declina cualquier responsabilidad, a empresas o particulares, por perjuicios derivados de pérdida de beneficio empresarial o de cualquier actividad ajena a la actividad turística.

 

2. Medios de contratación: La reserva de alquiler puede realizarse telefónicamente, por correo electrónico o a través del sitio web www.hadrentalsspain.com. No obstante, la reserva solo se entenderá como formalizada cuando HADRENTALS haya recibido el 1er pago de la reserva por parte del huésped.

 

3. Forma de pago: Los pagos podrán ser realizados mediante transferencia bancaria o tarjeta bancaria (crédito o débito, exceptuando American Express). No se admite como medio de pago: talones bancarios, cheques vacacionales, ni pagos en efectivo. El huésped autoriza HADRENTALS a cobrar en su tarjeta los pagos según el plazo especificado en su confirmacion de reserva/contrato sin necesidad de previo aviso.

 

4. Plazo de pago: Existen distintos plazos de pago a disposición del huésped:

 

 4.1. Pago 30%-70%: Se paga el 30% para la formalización de la reserva y el 70% restante a 60 días del inicio de la estancia.

 4.2. Pago 100%: Se paga el 100% del importe para la formalización de la reserva.

El plazo de pago vigente será el indicado en la confirmación de reserva/contrato y en ningún caso será posible la entrega de llaves sin haber recibido el 100% del importe de la reserva.

 

5. Cancelación de la reserva por incumplimiento de condiciones de pago: En caso de que el huésped incumpla en más de 7 días laborables alguno de los plazos indicados, se cancelará la reserva automáticamente. HADRENTALS se compromete a enviar advertencias de impago y notificaciones de cancelación inminente por correo electrónico al huésped, para evitar impagos por olvido.

 

6. Prolongación de estancia: Si el huésped desea prolongar su estancia en la vivienda que ha reservado, llegando antes o yéndose después de la fecha que indicó inicialmente, podrá solicitar dicho procedimiento al departamento de reservas de HADRENTALS, siempre que la vivienda reservada esté disponible para las fechas requeridas. Las noches agregadas se cobrarán al precio preestablecido para el período en cuestión.

 

7. Reducción de estancia: Si el huésped decide acortar su estancia por cualquier razón, no le  corresponderá ningún tipo de reembolso ya que la estancia ha sido reservada para él en su totalidad y está sujeta al número de noches que se indican en el la confirmación de reserva/contrato.

 

8. Solicitud de cambio de vivienda por parte del huésped: El cambio de vivienda en una reserva confirmada no está permitido.

 

9. Incomparecencia del huésped: Pasadas 48h de la fecha de inicio de la estancia reservada sin que él mismo se hubiera presentado en nuestras oficinas o hubiera indicado el día concreto de llegada para la estancia reservada, consideraremos la reserva anulada y no procederá ningún tipo de descuento ni reembolso sobre el precio total de la reserva.

IV. Cancellation conditions

Cancellation penalties depend on the booking method and when you cancel in relation to your arrival date. 

If you wish to cancel your reservation you must inform HADRENTALS in writing by email to info@hadrentalsspain.com, otherwise HADRENTALS may continue to charge your bank card for payments due.

 

In any case, if you wish to cancel your booking, please note that you will not be entitled to a refund for amounts paid. You will not, however be required to pay any other amounts outstanding.

Reasons of force majeure such as weather conditions, epidemiological factors, public safety, air or coastal pollution, etc., shall under no circumstances lead to the full or partial refund of the booking amount.

IV. Condiciones de anulación

Las penalizaciones por anulación dependerán del medio de contratación y del tiempo que falte para el inicio de la estancia.

Si desea anular su reserva debe informar a HADRENTALS por escrito al email info@hadrentalsspain.com, en caso contrario HADRENTALS seguirá cobrando su tarjeta para pagos pendientes.

En cualquier caso, si el huésped desea cancelar la reserva debe ser consciente de que no tendrá derecho alguno a la devolución del importe ya abonado, si bien quedará liberado de los pagos pendientes de la reserva.

Las causas de fuerza mayor como meteorológicas, epidemiológicas, seguridad pública, contaminación ambiental o de costas, etc no implicarán bajo ningún concepto la devolución parcial o total de la reserva.

V. Security deposit

When booking stays for days or weeks, you will be required to pay a security deposit to guarantee correct use and care of the furnishings, equipment and the use and departure conditions. The amount varies depending on the property and its amount will be specified in your booking confirmation/contract. The security deposit will be returned up to 14 days after the end of your stay, provided an inspection has shown that the accommodation has not been damaged.

When booking long term winter rentals (at least 2 months), you will be asked for a security deposit, its amount will be stated in your booking confirmation/contract. You will have to pay this amount at the time stated in your booking confirmation/contract and it will be returned once your stay in the accommodation comes to an end, having deducted any sums corresponding to energy supply bills that may be outstanding. The security deposit will be retained until these bills are in our possession. You will lose the security deposit should you not comply with the departure conditions and the conditions of use.

The individual characteristics of the property may mean that it is subject to specific conditions with regard to the security deposit, and these will be defined in the special conditions of the accommodation.

VI. Depósito de garantía

En la contratación de estancias por días o semanas se establece una fianza como depósito de garantía del buen uso, conservación del mobiliario, enseres y condiciones de uso y salida. Dicho importe varía dependiendo de la vivienda, su importe estará especificado en su confirmación de reserva/contrato. El depósito de garantía será devuelto hasta 14 días después de la finalización de la estancia, siempre y cuando se haya comprobado que no se hayan ocasionado desperfectos en el alojamiento.


En la contratación de estancias de larga duración / winter long rentals (al menos 2 meses) se exige una fianza o depósito de garantía, su importe estará especificado en su confirmación de reserva/contrato. Dicho importe será abonado por el huésped en el momento especificado en su confirmación de reserva/contrato y será devuelto una vez finalizada la estancia en el alojamiento, descontando el importe de las facturas de suministro de energía que hayan podido quedar pendientes de saldar. El depósito de garantía será retenido hasta que dichas facturas estén en nuestra posesión. El incumplimiento de las condiciones de salida y condiciones de uso conllevará la pérdida del depósito de garantía.


Las características concretas de la vivienda podrán implicar condiciones específicas respecto al depósito, que serán especificadas en las condiciones particulares del alojamiento.

VII. Taking possession of the property

You may take possession of the villa during the hours established in the booking confirmation/contract. When you arrive, you must already have paid the full amount corresponding to the booking, including any extras, before you can pick up the keys (address, date and time specified in your booking confirmation/contract).


If you arrive after the hours stated in the booking confirmation/contract, you must contact HADRENTALS to arrange the handover of keys. In such cases, a supplement (amount from 30€ to 75€, the exact amount will be stated in your booking confirmation/contract) will be charged to cover the additional costs of sending a member of our team to facilitate entry into the property outside their normal working hours.

 

Once you have signed the contract, and the deposit corresponding to your stay has been paid, you will be given a set of keys to the property you have booked.

VII. Entrada en la vivienda vacacional

Las entradas se efectuarán en la franja horaria establecida en el contrato. Para la entrada en la vivienda, el huésped ya deberá tener abonado el importe completo de su reserva, incluidos los extras contratados, para poder recoger las llaves (dirección, fechas y horas indicadas en la confirmación de reserva/contrato).

 

En el caso de que el huésped llegase después de la franja horaria indicada en la confirmación de reserva/contrato, deberá contactar con HADRENTALS para coordinar la entrega de llaves. En estos casos, se aplicará un suplemento (importe de 30€ a 75€, el importe exacto estará especificado en su confirmación de reserva/contract) al precio de la reserva como compensación por los costes adicionales derivados del desplazamiento de un miembro de nuestro equipo para realizar la entrada fuera de su horario habitual de trabajo.

Una vez que el huésped haya firmado el contrato y que la fianza correspondiente a su estancia haya sido abonada, se le entregará un juego de llaves para la vivienda que ha reservado.

VIII. Departure from the property

You must vacate the property before 10.00 am and the set of keys must be returned to HADRENTALS.

 

If you have not left the property by the time indicated, HADRENTALS may apply an extra charge of up to 1 day's rental, since this delay seriously affects our cleaning and quality control procedures. 

 

Late check out can only be authorised by our team by email and it must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

 

The property must be left in the same condition in which you found it, tidy and without any rubbish on the property. Otherwise, you will be charged a supplement or in the event of serious damage, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

 

Final cleaning of the property does not include dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils; the occupant will be responsible for cleaning these and for taking rubbish to the nearest communal waste bins. If you vacate the property leaving the dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils dirty or you leave rubbish in or around the property without depositing it in the nearest communal waste bin, you will be charged an additional €50. This charge would be deducted from the security deposit.

 

If you vacate the property and we find the furniture in a significantly different position, you will also be charged an additional €50. This would be deducted from the security deposit.

 

If any damage is identified or any items are found to be missing from the property after your departure, you will be charged in order to cover the cost of this damage. Once your card or security deposit has been debited to compensate for the breach of the contractual obligations, HADRENTALS will contact you to explain why the additional amounts have been charged. If the damage you have caused is not covered by the security deposit, then you authorise HADRENTALS to charge the additional amount required to cover these from your bank card. If we are unable to to do so, we will take steps to recover the cost through the relevant legal channels as defined in Clause 14.

VIII. Salida de la vivienda vacacional

Las salidas se efectuarán antes de las 10:00 AM y el juego de llaves de la vivienda vacacional debe devolverse a HADRENTALS.


En el caso de que el huésped no hubiera abandonado la vivienda vacacional a la hora límite indicada, HADRENTALS podrá cargar un coste extra de hasta 1 día de estancia ya que esta circunstancia ocasionaría perjuicios relevantes en nuestros procesos de limpieza y control de calidad del día correspondiente. 


La salida tardía (late check out) solo puede ser autorizada por nuestro equipo vía email y debe ser solicitada con un mínimo de 48 horas de antelación.


La vivienda vacacional debe dejarse en el mismo estado en el que se encontró, ordenada y sin basura acumulada. En caso contrario, se cargará al huésped un suplemento y en caso de daño grave, se descontará el importe correspondiente del depósito de garantía.


La limpieza final de la villa no incluye la vajilla, cubertería y enseres de cocina, cuya limpieza es responsabilidad del huésped, así como el trasiego de la basura acumulada a los contenedores más cercanos. Si el huésped dejara la propiedad sin limpieza de vajilla, cubertería, enseres de cocina o dejara la basura en la propiedad o en sus inmediaciones sin depositarla en el contenedor más cercano, se aplicaría un coste de 50 € que se añadiría al precio de la reserva y se cargaría sobre el depósito de garantía de la reserva.


Abandonar la propiedad habiendo hecho cambios significativos en el lugar original del mobiliario implicaría igualmente la aplicación de un coste de 50 € que se debitaría del depósito de garantía del huésped.


En el caso de que, tras el chequeo de la propiedad, se encuentre algún desperfecto o falta en el contenido de la vivienda, se procederá a la aplicación de un cargo sobre el depósito de garantía del huésped por el valor del perjuicio generado. Una vez debitada la cantidad oportuna en base al perjuicio generado por incumplimiento de las obligaciones de contrato, HADRENTALS se pondrá en contacto con el huésped para hacerle saber el motivo del cargo adicional realizado. En caso de que el perjuicio generado por el huésped en la propiedad fuera superior a la fianza, el huésped autoriza a HADRENTALS a cobrar en su tarjeta bancaria el importe adicional para cubrirlo, en caso que no lo consigamos se procederá a ejercer las acciones legales correspondientes conforme a lo establecido en la cláusula XIV.

IX. Conditions of use

a. Responsibilities of the undersigned occupant. When you book accommodation for other occupants (in addition to yourself), you become liable for the total rental price and for any damage caused by their behaviour and by the behaviour of all the others who occupy the rented accommodation. Nevertheless, legal responsibility falls on all the occupants of the villa, to whom a claim may be made for the total damage caused by the group regardless of which person actually caused said damage. 
b. Maximum number of occupants: The booking is valid for the maximum number of occupants stated on the booking confirmation and in the contract. Use of the accommodation by more than the specified number of occupants is not permitted. If you exceed the maximum number of occupants, the rental agreement may be terminated and you will lose your security deposit. In this case, any payments you have made will not be refunded and you will be liable to pay the total rental cost. If you intend to accommodate more than the specified number of occupants permitted in the property, you must submit a written request to HADRENTALS prior to the arrival date. HADRENTALS reserves the right to refuse permission or, at its discretion, to allow this, making an additional charge as appropriate. You undertake to limit occupation of the accommodation to the maximum number of occupants specified in your booking, in the absence of a written agreement to the contrary. This requirement applies to every night of the stay. 
Visits to the property by friends will only be permitted on an occasional basis. Under no circumstances may visitors stay the night in the property or use it as a base to stay while they are accommodated elsewhere. 
c. Celebrations and parties: Holding parties or events in the accommodation is absolutely forbidden. Breach of this clause will lead to the total cancellation of the booking without the right to a refund of the price paid and you will also loose your security deposit.
The hiring of properties by companies for the organisation of celebrations or parties for third parties is not permitted, regardless of the number of guests attending.
d. Smoking inside the property is forbidden.
e. Pets: Pets are only permitted in properties that have been authorised by the owner according to the contract. 
Therefore, if you wish to accommodate a pet of any kind in one of our properties, you must duly inform our team in writing, so that this is expressly stated in the booking confirmation/contract, together with the characteristics and size of the pet that you have indicated. 
If HADRENTALS or its suppliers discover that you have brought one or more unauthorised pets onto the property, HADRENTALS reserves the right to automatically cancel your stay and you will be required to vacate the property within eight (8) hours. This is because the owners of the accommodation only authorise animals on the property when expressly stated in the contract of the villa. In the case of villas where pets are permitted, HADRENTALS will not require you to vacate the property, however, you will be charged a penalty of the entire amount of your security deposit.
The presence of animals which are objectively and clearly not as you described is grounds for cancelling the stay. You will also be liable to pay the additional charges detailed above.
f. Access to the property: During the stay, the accommodation is exclusively for your use. However, you are required to provide access to staff from the agency and other authorised persons during your stay to verify your compliance with your obligations as described in this document, to persons needing to clean the swimming pool and maintain the garden and make any repairs or to perform other tasks deriving from incidents occurring on the property during your stay. In any case, the staff at HADRENTALS will ring the doorbell or knock twice before entering the villa and will only use the key if you do not answer the door. 

g. HADRENTALS reserves the right to annul or cancel the rental if there are threats or reasonable suspicion that you will cause serious damage to the property. If you breach these conditions of use and/or the departure conditions, we will automatically terminate this agreement and you will lose your security deposit. See special conditions of the accommodation booked.
h. Electricity: The cost of electricity consumption is included in the rental of our properties, and the rate is established on the basis of a maximum daily consumption of 15kWh/person. In the event that the electricity consumption were to be higher than the maximum established, the excess would be deducted from your deposit. All occupants are urged to make responsible and reasonable use of heating, air conditioning equipment and energy in general to avoid incurring additional costs during their stay.
It is forbidden to leave lights and especially air conditioning equipment on when you are not inside the property. 
i. Cleaning costs: The cost of cleaning the accommodation at the end of your stay is included in the booking price and is subject to the provisions of Clause 8 of these general conditions. Any additional cleaning services requested during the stay will be subject to a supplement on the amount payable for the booking, and this must be paid before the cleaning takes place.
j. Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price, but bed linen and towel changes during your stay are not included unless otherwise stated in the special conditions of the accommodation or booked as an extra as part of the stay. Please check the specific conditions applicable to the property in question on our website.
k. Keys to the property: You will be handed a full set of keys to the property on arrival. No additional sets of keys will be provided unless otherwise stated in the special conditions applicable to the property. If you do not return the keys or they are mislaid, you will be charged an additional €100 to compensate the company and any subsequent occupants for damage and inconvenience. This amount will be deducted from your security deposit. Additionally if you loose any other keys, fobs, access passes for the swimming pool etc.. you will also be charged an additional 100€ on your security deposit.
